Sonare Digar is a village in Nawapur tehsil in Nandurbar district of Maharashtra State, India. It is located 25 kilometres (16 mi) from sub district headquarter and 38 kilometres (24 mi) from district headquarter. The village is administrated by Sarpanch an elected representative of the village as per Panchayati raj (India). [1]


Demography[edit]

As of 2009, The village has a total number of 384 houses and a population of 1645 of which 823 are males while 822 are females. According to the report published by Census India in 2011, out of the total population of the village 0 people are from Schedule Caste and 1640 are from Schedule Tribes Caste.[1]
