Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station Weekly Express is an express train of the Indian Railways connecting Lokmanya Tilak Terminus, Mumbai in Maharashtra and Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central railway station, Chennai of Tamil Nadu. It is currently being operated with 11073/11074 train numbers on a weekly basis.[1][2]

The 11073/Lokmanya Tilak Terminus – Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station Weekly Express has an average speed of 53 km/hr and covers 1262 km in 23 hrs 35 mins. 11074/Puratchi Thalaivar Dr. M.G. Ramachandran Central Railway Station – Lokmanya Tilak Terminus Weekly Express has an average speed of 51 km/hr and 1262 km in 24 hrs 50 mins.

Coaches[edit]

The train consists of:

Traction[edit]

Both trains are hauled by a Kalyan Loco Shed-based WDP-4D or WDP 4D[clarification needed] diesel locomotive from Lokmanya Tilak Terminus to Guntakal and from Guntakal it is hauled by an Erode Loco Shed-based WDP-4 or WAP-7 electric locomotive up til Chennai.
