Dr. Anilbhai Joshiyara is an Indian Politician. He was elected to the Gujarat Legislative Assembly from Bhiloda in the 1995 Gujarat Legislative Assembly election as a member of Bharatiya Janata Party.[1] He was sworn as Cabinet Minister for Health & Family Welfare of Gujarat in 1996.[2][3] He is currently serving as a Member of Legislative Assembly from Bhiloda constituency in the Aravalli district, Gujarat for its 14th Legislative assembly representing Indian National Congress.[4][5]

Early life[edit]

Anilbhai Joshiyara was born on 24 April 1953 into a Schedule Tribe family. He completed his school education from N.R.A. School, Bhiloda. Joshiyara completed his MBBS from B. J. Medical College of Gujarat University at Ahmedabad in 1979 and completed his MS (Surgeon) from B. J. Medical College of Gujarat University at Ahmedabad.[6] Joshiyara worked as a superintendent and Civil Surgeon for 6 years at Civil Hospital Bhiloda, worked as Civil Surgeon at Civil Hospital Himmatnagar for 3 Years and worked as Civil Surgeon Bharuch for four years.
