The 5th Arunachal Pradesh Legislative Assembly election was held in 1995. [1] Indian National Congress (INC) won 43 out of 60 seats, while JD won only two seats and INDEPENDENT won 12.

Voting was staged at 1,728 polling stations. The average number of electors per polling station was 309.
